Hot Sauce Collection

 This is my bothers hot sauce collection.  My dad, my brother and myself are hot sauce connoisseurs or any hot foods and spices, actually.  He has about 15 opened bottles in his fridge, as well, that we brought out and tasted while we were eating our Chili Verde and Machaca. 

These are all unopened and some are pretty ancient, so I am not sure how safe they would be, but it is just so cool to see all that wondrous, good stuff just sitting there.

We don't have to worry about our food being too bland with all the hot sauces available.  There is just something about hot sauce that is so exciting to me!
